On July 2nd at approximately 13:42 UTC we experienced a global service disruption that affected most Cloudflare DNS users for 27 minutes.
The Action of Cloudflare:
"The issue was triggered by a bug in a software deploy of the Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) which resulted in a CPU usage spike globally, and 502 errors for our customers. We have received a large volume of calls that this site is unreachable.The Scheduled Launch date has yet to be defined but it is expected to be released by the end of March
